she was sleeping out side, her phone was in the roon beside our room.

it was a phone call.

we thought is was alarm.

woke up then went to GREEN FOREST NUTRITION!brian ko ko and li ling was there.

i was so blur today.

see things not clear, talk without thinking, brain like not functioning(i dont mean what i mean)

this morning i was not me at all.

then i turn around.

GEORGE came all the way from kl!

they woke up at 5 am to come to penang.

suddenly i jin seng ad.

wake up from nightmare.

we talked and talked and talked.

she is someone that really can touch my heart.

even my mother dont.

yesterday instead of going to work, my mum and i went to see aunty katherine.

about my charity thingy today.

then went to mamak stalls for my mother's magazine-health and beauty

suddenly she like the magazine so much.

after mamak stalls to maxims...

meet merina and i dont know the other girl's name there.

the other girl got tuition in cik guan tuition last time wan.

bought some fOOODS!

mint ice cream, japanese ciscuit,chocolate twist,almond biscut.

eat there until the shop close.

the ice cream so cOLDDDDDDDD!

then on the awy home.

but singgah at siang yen and lye lye.

lye lye kak na and cindy.

florence and my sister didnt work there.

my sister work in siang yen.

the place i always work.

i didn't go out.
didn't go choir practice(as usual)
BUT......i helped kak rubiah to do pizza........ base.

MuMmY and ME!!!george ko ko at work. the last time him is so skinny. now 71 kg and gain one more kg today. aka now he is 72 kg.

the SHAKE! the magic fomular. plus tea mix(not included here). this shake make from formular 1, water and fomular three. fruits(two watermelons and one papaya) into blender first than add water. less than 250 ml(watermelon and papaya - liquid). then blend first. after the fruits is smooth. add fomular one(strawberry/2 scoops/spoon) and fomular 3(one scoop). then blend. get ready cup. after finished blending, pour into cup. VIOLA! ready to be serve! *thanks to andy ko ko for the method
